Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The item has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect:
- Customized or personalized jerseys
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support with your order number.
- Share photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.
Exchange Policy
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- An incorrect product
we will gladly arrange a replacement, subject to product availability.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to:
- Wrong product sent by us
- Damaged or defective item
we will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to any other eligible reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.
